Bridging the Gap

Meaningful and lasting change happens when systems, not just individuals, are supported. I partner with schools, districts, and organizations to strengthen their capacity to meet the diverse regulatory, relational, and learning needs of their communities. My consultation work draws from years of experience as both a clinician and the director of a multi-divisional, interdisciplinary team, as well as my deep grounding in neuro-relational and developmental frameworks.

Consultative partnerships may range from a single, targeted consultation to a comprehensive, yearlong/multi-year engagement. Whether the goal is to refine a specific program, increase staff alignment around a shared approach, or design and implement systemic change, I tailor each partnership to the unique needs and culture of the organization.

I often collaborate with schools and organizations to provide a combination of:
- Professional development and training to build shared language and understanding around regulation, executive functioning, and neurodiversity-informed practice.
- Ongoing site visits, classroom observations, and coaching to support real-time application and reflection.
- Administrator and leadership coaching to guide sustainable systems-level change.
- Systems analysis and redesign to align policies, communication structures, and interventions with relational and developmental principles.
- Stakeholder education and engagement, including parent and community workshops, to create consistency and connection across environments.
- Program development and curricular consultation to embed neurorelational, executive function, and self-regulation supports into academic and therapeutic programs.

Consultations may be one-time, short-term, or long-term partnerships, and can take place on-site or virtually. My goal in every collaboration is to help teams translate neuroscience and relational theory into practical, meaningful systems of support that build inclusive, compassionate, and connected environments.

I approach every partnership with respect for the diverse identities, perspectives, and strengths that make each community unique. I believe meaningful growth happens when people feel safe, seen, and valued—both individually and collectively. I celebrate neurodiversity and honor all intersecting identities, including those who are gender-expansive, Queer, BIPOC, trans, and/or otherwise underrepresented. My mission is to support systems and educators in creating spaces where every learner and professional can thrive.
