Hi there - I’m so glad you’re here. My work bridges clinical practice and systems-level consulting, grounded in the belief that connection, safety, and curiosity are the foundation of all learning and growth. As a multi-divisional clinical leader, therapist, consultant, and trainer to schools and organizations across the country, I help teams design and sustain programs that integrate developmental, neurodiversity-affirming, and relational neuroscience principles into daily practice. |
My consulting and professional training work often involves program design and implementation, organizational culture assessment, leadership and team mentorship, and professional development around executive functioning, regulation, and communication. I support schools, districts, and multidisciplinary professional teams in strengthening their capacity to meet the diverse regulatory, relational, and learning needs of their communities. I have trained educators, clinicians, and administrators nationwide on a variety of topics including self-regulation, executive functioning, trauma-informed communication, and social-cognitive development.
In addition to my consulting and leadership roles, I provide relational, neurodivergent-affirming therapy services, as well as CAPDOTS facilitation, clinical supervision, and clinical mentorship. I co-created The Brain Talk Curriculum, a program that helps students understand how their brains support mindful, reflective, and goal-directed responses rather than reactive ones.
I hold an M.S. in Speech and Language Sciences from the University of Washington, a post-baccalaureate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Portland State University, and a B.A. in Political Science from Linfield University. When I’m not working, I love exploring new places with my family, hiking, gardening, cooking, and discovering LA’s endless food neighborhoods.
